OTG provides junk removal, hauling, and demolition services in Memphis, Germantown, West Tennessee, North Mississippi, and East Arkansas, generally within a 50-mile radius of Memphis, TN. Service availability outside this area may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may include additional travel fees.

2. Quotes and Pricing

‍ ‍

• Quotes provided over the phone, by email, or through our website are estimates based on the information you provide.

• Final pricing is determined on-site and may vary based on the actual volume, weight, accessibility, or type of items/materials to be removed or demolished.

• We aim to provide transparent, upfront pricing before beginning any job.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

‍ ‍

• Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

• We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a job. Late cancellations or "no-shows" at the scheduled service address may be subject to a trip fee.

• Same-day service, where advertised, is subject to availability.

4. Prohibited Items and Materials

We do not accept or remove:

‍ ‍

• Hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, chemicals, certain paints, medical waste)

• Items requiring specialized hazmat handling or disposal certification

• Any item prohibited by local, state, or federal waste disposal regulations

5. Payment

‍ ‍

• Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking or invoicing.

• Unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts and additional fees as permitted by law.

6. Property and Damage

‍ ‍

• Our crew takes reasonable care when accessing your property to complete a job.

• OTG carries general liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence during a job, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address it promptly.

• OTG is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear from access (e.g., minor scuffs from moving large or heavy items), or damage caused by inaccurate information provided about item weight, size, or accessibility.

7. Ownership of Removed Items

Once items are loaded for removal, they become the property of OTG Services & Logistics LLC, and we reserve the right to dispose of, donate, or recycle them at our discretion, in compliance with applicable waste disposal regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

‍ ‍

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OTG Services & Logistics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

9. Website Use

• The content on our Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding service contract until a quote is confirmed and scheduled.

• You agree not to misuse our Site, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation or security.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Shelby County, Tennessee.
